Owl Tire Shop’s Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Owl Tire Shop. In the case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to make it clear.

To begin the return, refund or exchange procedure please follow the steps below.

Returns

  • Returns have a [30] calendar days return timeframe where a return is viable from the the date of transaction. After the said timeframe we will NOT process a refund.

  • For an eligible return the product must be in the SAME condition in which you received it. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • As-is or USED items and automotive services are NOT refundable.

  • If there is a genuine reason for dissatisfaction that aligns that aligns any warranties or guarantees we provide. All such cases will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Owl Tire Shop LLC.

Exchange

  • We accept exchanges for exclusively items of the SAME VALUE within a [30] calendar day timeframe.

  • For eligible exchanges the product must be in the SAME condition in which you received it. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • As-is or USED items are NOT exchangeable.

Online Returns

  1. Contact owl@owltireshop.com within a [30] calendar days of your purchase.

  2. The customer service team will provide instructions and a printable Return Merchandise Acknowledgement (RMA) sheet to use when returning your product.

  3. Pack up the item with the RMA sheet. Make sure to include any accessories or parts that came with the product and pack the items securely.

  4. Mail us the items. You pay for return shipping.

  5. Once items have been received the money will be returned back to the account in which the item was paid for.

*Please note the we will not accept returns of customized products offer refunds for upgraded shipping costs.
